This strip is one with a little bit of history, and one you may have already seen in some form. A few years back I drew up a a quick MS Paint comic and posted it on my Facebook:
It was just a rough comic to test a joke. Well...it spread. Quickly. With the approach of Toy Story 3, Disney made an online comic creator where one could drag and drop different premade art, backgrounds, and speech bubbles. Someone who liked the comic recreated it there:
It's very flattering when someone likes your comic enough to remake it, but soon images of this comic were passed around as the original. Because the art was cleaner, viewers assume this was done by a 'real artist'. Perhaps the real kicker, though, is that my crappy MSpaint dialog wheel was dropped wholesale into the recreation. What can you do? It's one joke, no joke is original, etc.
Fast forward to now; I never made a 'nice' version of that comic because the joke had already been blurted out. With Mass Effect 3 coming out I decided to throw logic out the window. I'm doing it! So here it it.
